Notes on the above:
Now we have established that Robert Adams was a vestryman for St. James Parish in Goochland County and he was a juror in Goochland County.  He was a landowner and as we can see by page 16 of Goochland County deeds  he has sold land to a Henry Chiles which is probably some of the beginnings of the Adams/Chiles relationship that begins in the eighteenth century.  Also, please notice that he serves on the jury with a Woodson on many occasions.
