He was the young twelve year old son of Elizabeth Mumford Adams and William Walker Ward. I found his death in the death records for Pittsylvania County. The Pittsylvania County Death Record listed William Walker Ward as a 12 year. There was no reason given for his death. Place of death: Old Woman's Creek. Person that reported his death was his mother Eliza Ward.
